ICF was initially established to support the expanding third wave coffee scene in Istanbul, providing a space to meet up with people who share an enthusiasm for coffee.
Turkish millennials have a deep historical connection to coffee, so the third wave scene has been a positive inclusion. Overall, revealing a unique way to maintain, yet redesign a few cultural coffee traditions to suit their lifestyle.
As a result of this commitment to a distinctive, cosmopolitan, world class experience, the festival has held its own, bringing in thousands of new fans and high quality vendors annually. Coffee Manifesto, one of Kadikoy’s hottest coffee houses will be debuting at the fest. Already known for their well curated lineup of single origin beans, wide variety of brewing methods, and top notch, bottled cold brew, we can expect more good things to follow.
